Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF
Description
Carbon fiber-reinforced (CF) filament from Raise3D
Carbon fiber 3D printing filaments are composite materials that combine short chopped carbon fibers with polymer matrix-based materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, PP, etc. The carbon fibers reduce shrinkage and warping during cooling. It significantly enhances the strength and stiffness of the finished 3D-printed part.
- High strength-to-weight ratio
- High rigidity
- Hohe dimensional stability
- Reduced shrinkage and warping
- Electrostatic discharge (ESD) properties
- Compatibility
Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF Support Filament
Usage
- Aerospace
- Industrial- and mechanical tools
- Automotive parts
- End-use consumer parts
Printing note:
Please note that carbon fiber-reinforced filaments are abrasive and can quickly wear out brass nozzles. It is recommended to print carbon fiber filaments with a hardened nozzle. The use of the Raise3D E2CF printer is recommended.
