Daughterboard for Duet3D boards, allowing the connection of two temperature sensors.

Duet 3 and Duet 2 boards support up to two expansion boards + two more on a Duex-expansion board. With 4 expansion boards a total of up to 8 temparature sensors are supported. PT100- und Thermocouple- expansion boards can be combined as desired.
